- Grew membership to over 6000
- Achieved recognition at Sapphire
- Achieved recognition and a 22.5% payrise at Mitie
- Hired our first legal caseworker and two staff from membership to support volunteer reps & activists
- Hosted our first event with DRC miners
- Held monthly socials across the country
- Had our first trade dispute and protest rallies outside TikTok
- Won over half a million pounds in members’ settlement agreements
- Donated over £27,000 globally to growing unions and causes that matter to YOU
- Sent our first delegate to Cuba for the May Day parade
- Workers of the World Wide Web podcast launched to spotlight workers issues globally
